Whether you work at the office, workshop, laboratory, hospitals or where ever place there will always be politics involve. It exist because it need to exist, some workplace maybe rigorous than others but still it exist. Humans always have differences, there will always be conflicts of interest, a good worker is the one who can manage the differences, and work together with others.
Whether you like it or not you have to get involve. How to get involve? Now, that’s the tricky part.

Often in the workplace, there is two powers that always in conflict, it might be because of power, influence or simply disagreement over an idea. When you came over, make sure that you did not take any sides. Do you job, you don’t need an enemy.
Disagreement is a natural things. When you came to it, don’t take it personally. You may hate a person, but never insult them or try to teach them a lesson by creating troubles for them. The best way to go, is discuss it with you closest friends in the office to let the emotion go. This way you can release your stress at someone at the same time did not do something that you will regret latter.
Always remember that everyone have problems, sometimes they forget about treating peoples nicely. Forgive them, there will be a time you’re on that side. So be tolerate and build tolerance.
