I received an error in sending emails

I am Fariba. I am doing research in talent management area in higher education institutes of Malaysia. My respondents in this research are faculty members of universities. I use online survey in this research so I should send the research URL for faculty members by email.

Today I tried to send the email for some UTM’s faculty members but I received the following error by postmaster.
this is the WebMail.Staff mail server at mail-3. Your mail to nazrijaafar@utm.my was undeliverable due to the following reason:
Disk quota exceeded for this mailbox

The first lines of the undelivered message follow:

Would you please assist me in sending this email to the UTM’s faculty member?
