Often peoples get depressed when they think too much and does not get enough sleep, and when they try to sleep, a lot of distraction coming in their way. 3. Start talking

When you stuck with a problems and trying to solve them alone, you might end up depressed. Instead of trying to do all of it alone, share your problem with someone you trust. By doing so, even if the problem is not solved, you will feel that you are not struggling alone. So, talking helps.

4. Avoid the snowball effect

If you feel depress don’t sit still and thinking, and focusing on that negative feeling. You will eventually feed your depression and it will grow over time. Instead, try to replace the negative feelings with positive one. Have some distraction, do something fun.

5. Seek professional helps

If you tried everything and it still does not worked out, don’t take the matter into your hands. If the condition worsen and you think that it might turn out of your hand, you need a professional help. If you’re studying, you always can go to the counselling centre to get a professional advice. You can also see a psychiatrist to get some help dealing with the problems, if you don’t know what to do, they do.
