First of all what happened in Paris is tragic and brutal. It shall never be a justification of such action, even in the slightest and tiniest form. Such brutality never have been permissible in any religion, be it Islam, Christian, Hindhu etc.
But there is some particular double standard on how western power react on the killings of innocent civilians. As Prof. Tariq Ramadan noted:
Nothing justifies the killing of innocent civilians, but Western governments must be more consistent in their treatment of human life
Such huge condemnation of crime over humanities was never been seen his large and enormous when the Palestinian and Syrian were bombed.
What more sickening is when Benjamin Nentayahu leading The March in Paris condemning the brutal act, but at the same time he is the one who’s responsible for murdering 527 children in Gaza. Who gonna march in Paris for this 527 children?
Are Palestinians lives less valuable than the 12 peoples killed in Paris?
We need to be honest to ourself and define the perspective correctly.
Je suis Charlie. Je suis Gaza.
