Like all other story book, it must contain a story line, thesis is no different. You have to start somewhere, begin with the introduction, why your work is important, and where it will fit in the real life.
Then come to the part on how to solve the problem, always commonly known as the methodology that you would like to adopt. Then came to the work that you have done using the methodology you have outlined.
The climax of the story is your research result, your finding. Discuss them well. One thing you must always bear in mind, your thesis is written so that the examiner could understand them. So make sure when you write, you know that your reader could understand them.
After discussing the finding before concluding, you might want to discuss some of your recommendation on how your work can be improved further.
The best way however, is to understand how to write thesis from a person who already did it, or even better from the examiner.
