Office of Strategy & Corporate Affairs
OSCA is a division within the Chancellery of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), which supports the university top management in the university strategic corporate communication, public relation, branding as well as the media house for the university.
One stop centre for communication.
We serve as communication centre internally and to external parties through various media channels (digital media, social media, printed media).
We promote effective internal and external communication comprising media relations, public relations, corporate publications, corporate events & protocols for the university.
University event manager.
OSCA manages university-level corporate events and assist other events floor-manager to adhere to protocols and liaisons.
Digital Branding.
OSCA manages university reputation through the university website and social media. We provide and promote digital content at UTM, and we ensure quality and consistency in digital communications. We oversee the governance of UTM’s official website, social media platforms and digital communications tools.
Creative media house.
We are responsible for UTM’s brand and visual identity.
We support UTM in using the brand effectively and develop
high-quality marketing and communications material
for print and digital channels.
Our in-house designers, photographers and videographers
publish materials for University’s corporate events
and campaigns. We also advise UTM departments
and external designers to ensure brand consistency.
